Great Homes are always open to interpretation. I have been through 100′s of homes and every person I have worked with seems to like something just a little different from the next… Here are the top 2 requests I have come across with working with buyers looking for their GREAT HOME:
- Large Yard – Does that mean .5 acre or 100 acres? It depends, every person has a different set of experiences to draw from that shapes their wants/needs.

-
Great Neighborhood - My great neighborhood may be totally different than your great neighborhood. If it is a young couple do they want to me surrounded by people their age? If they have kids are they looking for the same thing? Probably not, they want to be around parents that have kids for them to play with.

The bottom line is when you make the decision to buy a home, it is a huge emotional as well as financial investment. There is no right or wrong home to buy, it is up to the buyer to decide what they place the value on. Know what your goals and values are prior to going out and looking and you will save yourself a lot of time and heart ache.
